You can cancel up to 7 Days prior to your voyage to receive a full refund unless the amount is subject to a service charge.

If you cancel within 7 Days of your voyage, you forfeit your deposit. Your deposit will remain on record should you choose to re-book within one year. If you made a payment in full you will be refunded 75% of the total.

If you cancel within 3 Days or less prior NO refund will be issued.

If you do not show up for your voyage, NO refunds will be given. No Exceptions.

To cancel your reservation, please email us at info@firststrikecharters.com. Cancellations made via email are not valid unless First Strike replies with written confirmation of your request.

If First Strike is forced to cancel your voyage due to inclement weather and cannot accommodate you on another day, you will receive a full refund.
